At A.A. Will, no issue is more important than the safety of our employees. Safety is a priority at all stages of a project, from preplanning to the last day on the job. We are dedicated to fostering a safety culture among our team through employee training and through partnering with our insurance company. We are proud of the fact that our corporate safety standards meet or exceed federal, state, and local regulations and that we set the highest standards for our own employees and our subcontractors. It is indicative of our commitment to work site safety and loss control.

Safety is an outcome of well planned processes and actions. Regular inspections and audits are a part of our safety program and the information gained from those efforts are used to highlight weaknesses in our processes. We look to continually improve and strengthen those processes by educating our employees on accident prevention and incorporating their feedback into our corporate safety program.
