730 Main Street

Project Description: The 730 Main St Project included development of an office/lab building, directly adjacent to an existing facade to remain, in Cambridge, MA. A.A. Will's scope of work included installing slurry wall and LBE foundations, and Up-Down excavation of approximately 40ft depth. In addition, excavation within an existing structure to create a lower basement floor was performed. Scope also included extensive site utilities and hardscaping in a dense urban environment.
