Winthrop Square

Project Description: The Winthrop Tower project included development of a high-rise office/lab tower in Boston's Financial District. A.A. Will's scope of work included installing slurry wall and LBE foundations, and UP-Down excavation of approximately 70ft depth. In addition, deep pre-excavation to remove existing foundations in conflict with the new building along the site perimeter, and extensive site utilities and hardscaping in a dense urban environment.
