325 Binney Street

Project Description: The 325 Binney Street Project, located in Cambridge, MA, included development of an office/lab building, directly adjacent to an existing rail line. A.A. Will's scope of work included installing sheet piling and bracing to allow a 35 ft deep underground garage excavation. Scope also included extensive site utilities and hardscaping in a dense urban environment.
