150 Seaport Boulevard

Project Description: 150 Seaport Project included a residential tower built adjacent to Boston Harbor in Boston's Seaport neighborhood. A.A. Will's scope of work included installation of a sheet pile cofferdam at the site perimeter, slurry wall and LBE foundations, and a braced excavation of about 35 feet for an underground parking garage. Our scope of work also included installation of a Harborwalk spanning over the harbor at the building perimeter. This walkway was pipe pile supported, with timber and IPE decking. New site utilities, curbing and paving were also installed.
