Infrastructure on a 90 acre site at the new Patriot Place Mall. Work included construction of 3,500 lf of multi lane roadways and associated parking lots for the anchor tenant Bass Pro Shops and two adjacent strip malls located on the grounds of Gillette Stadium

• 4,500 lf of Sewer mains & laterals
• 6,500 lf of Water mains & laterals
• 5,800 lf of Wastewater reuse mains & laterals
• 12,500 lf Storm drainage
• 2,500 lf of Conduit for primary electric / telecommunication ducts
• 145 Bases for site light fixtures with handholes
• 125,000 sy of Asphalt paving for parking & access roads
• 12,500 lf of Granite,Precast and Monolithic Curbing
• 30,000 cy of Topsoil stripped, screened, rehandled, spread, and planted
• 35,000 cy of Drilling and blasting. Crushed and recycled for gravel sub bases
• 8,500 sf of retaining walls Expansion of existing Wastewater Treatment Plant with associated piping
• 2 precast concrete bridge structures
