Project Description: Kendall Square Cambridge has seen a surge of high technology office construction recently. A. A. Will has been chosen to perform foundation and excavation work on the most challenging foundation and earthwork packages. 50-60 Binney included installation of 88,000 sf of reinforced concrete slurry wall, and load bearing elements with embedded steel columns. Our excavation utilized top down construction techniques for a 70’ deep parking garage. Over 140,000cy soil were processed, and transported to various landfills. Our scope of work wrapped up with reconstruction of surrounding City roadways and site work.
